They are there to make sure you get the results you are looking for! Fat burners are made to be taken in accompany with a diet and exercise regimen to have a maximum effect. It also takes 4 weeks to see a difference! Some helpful tips: They should be taken before exercise because they have 200mg of caffeine in them! Tastes good and my workouts are so much better as it gives me the little extra energy I need plus I always feel like I get a great workout in by the end of it. Also, I love the little scoop for it.
