Thank you for choosing Booty Supps to achieve your booty goals. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, we are unable to return products after they have been opened.
We are selling you results, not just a product. We know we can get you the results you are looking for. So if for some reason you feel your products are not working for you, please reach out to our support team. We will have a certified personal trainer contact you to develop a custom plan to get you those results you desire, free of charge. The trainer will help make sure you are using your Kit properly, as well as guide you in any other aspect of health and fitness that you request.
Returns are only eligible if you meet one or more of the following;
- You completed the Personal Training Consultation to ensure proper use of product
- Your products are unopened

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange only. Contact us at the customer service email below to arrange your exchange.
ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail, or incorrect addresses placed at checkout and cannot offer refunds. If your package was lost in the mail, you will need to file a claim on your own behalf.
